Biography
Zoe Prowse was drafted from Sturt with Adelaide’s first pick at the 2021 AFLW National Draft.
A versatile tall, she earned All-Australian selection as a ruck at the under-19 AFLW Championships in 2021. Prowse made her AFLW debut in season six (2022) when she played one AFLW game and by 2023 was a regular in Adelaide’s defence. Prowse claimed the Club’s Best Defensive Player awards in 2023 and 2024, and she was also named in the 2024 (AFLPA) AFLW 22Under22. Prowse played all 14 games in the 2025 season and then requested a trade to Essendon.
