Tyler Brown joined the Club in January during the 2023 pre-season supplemental selection period. The former Collingwood midfielder is the son of former Collingwood captain and premiership player Gavin Brown, who had a 254-game AFL career. Brown played 27 games for the Magpies from 2018 to 2022 when he was delisted. He made his Crows AFL debut in round one of 2013 as the sub but did not get another opportunity at the level, despite strong form in the SANFL.
