Lachlan Gollant joined the Adelaide Crows after being selected a pick 48 in the 2019 national draft.

He had played some games with Calder Cannons U18s as a 191cm outside midfielder but spent most of his career with the Crows as a forward.

Gollant’s first year at the Club was a challenge, with no SANFL games because of COVID. He made his AFL debut in the final home and away round of the 2021 season against North Melbourne. In his third AFL game he kicked a career-best four goals in Adelaide’s Showdown win but he only played five more AFL games that year, then four in both 2023 and 2024. A foot injury disrupted Gollant’s 2024 season but he was Adelaide’s leading goalkicker in the SANFL for the second consecutive year. He was awarded the Neil Kerley Medal as best afield when the kicked eight goals against West Adelaide but was not offered a new contract at the end of the season.

Gollant kicked 13 goals in 16 AFL games and also played 51 SANFL games for the Crows, kicking 115 goals.
