Recruited from: Tassie Mariners/Clarence (Tas)
DOB: 11/5/85

Locker: 43

The ruckman spent two years on Adelaide’s list and was aligned to SANFL club Glenelg. Andrews later played in the VFL with Tasmania and then with Ainslie in Canberra, where he featured in the club’s 2010 and 2011 premierships with former Crow Robert Shirley.

His raw talent was on show in the opening round of the SANFL season when the 18-year-old starred on debut for Glenelg but after seven games he needed a shoulder reconstruction. Angwin quit the Crows before Christmas and returned to Melbourne, where he played in the VFL with Box Hill.
