AFC Career Guernsey Number: 27

Scott Stevens moved from country WA to WAFL club Perth and was initially drafted by Sydney with pick No. 21 in 1999. He debuted in 2002 but after 25 games in two seasons the forward was traded to the Crows, the team he surprisingly followed as a child.

Stevens had a slow start at the Club and at one point it looked like he may be delisted, however he earned his spot in the team in 2006 as a dependable defender. His ability to kick goals proved useful and with talent at both ends of the ground, and as one of the favourite players among his teammates, he was added to the leadership group in 2009. Indicative of his status and importance in the Club and the team was his winning the Club Best Team Man award on two occasions – 2007 and 2010. Sadly ongoing concussion issues led to an early retirement in 2011.
